Arbitration Service

Our Arbitration Service is provided for domestic and commercial property insurers, consumers, contractors and indeed any parties that wish/agree to resolve disputes via a specialist impartial body. In many cases our specialist knowledge and expertise facilitates immediate settlement/agreement between the parties.

• Arrange a mutually convenient appointment with all interested parties.
• Inspect damage/repairs and discuss with all parties individually and collectively (as appropriate). Obtain signed statements where necessary.
• Negotiate settlement/agreement between all parties and report back to client with supporting evidence (when instructed on a delegated authority basis), or...
• Report back to client with signed statements and settlement advice supported by photographic evidence where possible
• Independent; therefore no conflict of interest and no presentiments on the part of the policyholder and/or other parties.
• Imperial Consultants Ltd are impartial specialists who will be respected as such.
• The case can often be resolved on-site.
