Office Expansion
Due to increased demand from both new and existing insurance clients for its independent building claim validation and settlement service, Imperial Consultants has submitted plans to build a new 7,000 sq ft additional office building at its site in Helmshore, Lancashire.
The new office building will provide Imperial Consultants with capacity for additional claims staff and allow for the creation of a new and larger technical training centre used to provide surveyors and claims technicians with practical training on methods of construction, common faults and an array of repair techniques.
The demand for our services has continued to grow as clients are seeing the real value this brings to their business in reducing claims expenditure through settlement of, only, legitimate claims at realistic market rates and making for a better customer journey with on-site discussion with our specialist surveyor to clarify all elements of their claim and providing guidance going forward.
